I went on my first coupon savings spree. I was leary going but coming out I was so stoked, I'm sure this could become an addiction. Thanks to all my coupon friends for continuing to tell me about all their savings. I'm ashamed to think of what I could have been saving for so many months and didn't.

Price before sales and coupons: $113.32
Minus sales and coupon prices: $15.78
Total savings of $97.54
I purchased 26 items which when I do the average it comes out to .58 cents each! Wahoo!
I always thought Albertsons was too expensive. I still think they are before sales and coupons, infact $113.32 for all this is ridiculous but I can see myself paying $70-$80 at Wal~Mart. Still, I could never get it for $15.78 anywhere. I can't wait to see what the sales are next week!

Woot!!! Woot!!! Holy Cow with your family, you are just starting??? Your Uncle and I went couponing Saturday! (Not his fav but he sees the diference it makes.) That is the only way I could feed those tall drink of water cousins of yours.

My kids use to call the queen of couponing. Kev said he can remember when the receipts would stretch all the way out the door and down the sidewalk! Mostly with the - 1.00 1.50 signs!!!

There is a gal on my sidebar 2 for freebies or something like that who lets you know about so many great deals. Visit her and go down to where she was on studio 5. It will link you to an awesome web(About a week ago)site where you can print your own coupons and then double coupon with your regular coupons for double the savings.
I love you!

YAY!! I am so glad that you went. It is intimidating the first time...I really just didn't believe it would be that cheap...which is why I STILL log every shopping trip. I like to see numbers and percentages...and it is still worth it, and it still works...so keep up the awesome job...and remember, some sales are easy, and some take more research, but they are worth the effort in the end...as you found out!!
