I'm a skinny girl in a fat woman's body so I've been trying to count calories. They add up SO fast. This morning I had frosted mini wheats. One serving is only 5 biscuits. Why bother eating? I had two servings which brought me to 360 calories. Add a cup of milk at 110 and the cut up banana 105 and we have a grand total of 575-for 1/2 bowl of cereal. Guess I should have stuck with one serving. I'm still thinking it would be easier to just go to Mexico and drink the water. I'd get a vacation out of it too!
